This is a great toaster. I've been researching toasters for almost a year and had been spoiled by my 20 year old, self-lowering Sunbeam toaster. I tried the Braun 600 several months ago, but it performed poorly and was immediately returned. This Breville 2 slice Smart Die-Cast Toaster is wonderful. It's features are actually quite simple and not over-the-top with useless functions no one would ever use. It's a real winner.
