I ordered this product 3 to 4 months ago and I have to say I am very impressed with it. It's a must have for someone who lives in a studio with a small kitchen. There are times when you toast something that half of it is not toasted, but you can always take it out and then re-insert it so that the whole thing is toasted. It's a wonderful price for this product. Also it says that a pizza can fit in it, more like pizza bites. I have the black version of this toaster/ over and its really sleek and fits well on the mini fridge. It's never gotten stuck like some others have suggested. I would recommend this product to a friend.
