I received my first Krups toaster oven
Krups FBC2/FBC213 convection oven digital, black.
It died after 4 days. I called Krups and they were giving me the run-around. It would have taken many weeks before they
would have repaired or replaced the unit. Fortunately, Amazon was great.
They replaced the unit. It shipped the same day I called using UPS 2-day.
Unfortunately, the replacement unit was no better. It lasted not quite a week. Again, Amazon came to the rescue. They are accepting the second return and paying the return shipping (for the second time) and giving me a total refund. I've now ordered an Oster toaster oven (from Amazon of course). The bottom line: Krups NO! - Amazon YES.
