Rating : - Great oven, but I need help to replace bulb.
I've had this oven for several years and love the way it makes things like re-heated chicken and pizza crispy. The lower infrared bulb has failed. I found a replacement part. I have no idea how to remove the bulb from its receptacle. Can anyone help me.
I was very disappointed to find that Panasonic has discontinued this fine product. Every other toaster oven has major draw-backs. Too loud, too big, etc.
